What Is The Role?

The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for managing all queries into the organization’s EMR system that relate to CMS Meaningful Use requirements, PQR and HEDIS tracking as well as other key performance indicators. This role will also work closely with the financial team to provide reports and analysis.

What Is The Ideal Background?

Knowledge and experience in data gathering and report writing - strong financial analysis
Knowledge and thorough understanding of standard reporting systems such as Microsoft Excel, Access and Crystal Reports
Basic understanding of outpatient healthcare delivery
Familiar with the principles of CMS Meaningful use and how they pertain to the Medicare program
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to analyze complex systems to extract pertinent information
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
Spirit of Community Awareness
Bilingual a plus
