The
Manager of Strategic Operations
supports the management and implementation of the company's Balanced Scorecard
initiative. This function works closely with the Director of Strategic Operations and is responsible for ensuring
that company operational data is timely, accurate, analyzed and distributed
to senior management. Manages the collection of and ensures the accuracy
of data; develops effective ways of communicating the information; works with
other departments/functions for alignment and consistency of reporting. Is able
to do deep dive analysis on metric performance and works with other departments
to find opportunities for performance improvement. Produces communications
materials to help both front line employees and A-teams better understand the
balanced scorecard initiative and results. Involvement in related
functions that comprise metric improvement and knowledge sharing as
needed. Other responsibilities include the support of the company
strategic direction across operational efficiency, service strategy and quality
related initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors
required, MHA/MBA preferred.
Strong
writing and communications skills.
Minimum
5 - 7 years relevant business experience in strategic planning or performance
management systems; healthcare background a plus.
Ability
to speak publicly, facilitate meetings.
Must
be able to communicate with all levels of employees from CEO to staff
level.
Candidate
should be able to analyze data and make recommendations.
Strong
writing and communications skills are essential, computer proficiency
particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are also
required.
