Flexibility, adaptablity and patience.

What do you enjoy most about your current position?  

 

Making a difference at the beginng of a reform movemnt in a  country that has been devastated form decades of war. Also the challenge that comes fomr crossing over language and cultural differences to make things work.

Most important/valuable lesson or activity in college that impacted your career    

To keep an open mind and have the ability to adapt to a constantly chnging environment.

What advice for someone entering this field?

 

Make sure you are ready not only for potential hardships but for meeting challenges as everyday is baby steps not huge leaps.
