I partner with
colleges and universities to recruit students to come work at Rackspace
either as interns or full-time after graduation. Hopefully both! |

Interpersonal
skills, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, project
management skills, creativity, and drive. The most important thing
about recruiting is that you must have a desire to build and maintain
relationships. |

What do you enjoy
most about your current position? |
I love finding out
interesting things about the candidates I talk to. I learn something
new every day from the experiences they share with me. |

Most
important/valuable lesson or activity in college that impacted your
career ? |
Life at Trinity is
busy! I learned to multi-task between heavy courseloads, campus
activities, and my social life. Gaining the ability to balance these
things early on made the transition into recruiting (and work in
general) a breeze. |

What advice for
someone entering this field? |
Consider it as an
option. Recruiting is a lot of fun, extremely challenging, and can be
