What do you enjoy most about your current position? |
I most enjoy getting to work for a great small theatre and feeling like I'm helping our theatre make a big contribution to an artistic community. |
Most important/valuable lesson or activity in college that impacted your career ? |
The most important thing I did in college for my current career path was to get comfortable talking to new people. I'm constantly being thrown in to social situations where no one is going to hold my hand and introduce me around. I just have to jump in. |

Take on as much responsibility as they'll give to you. I feel that when I leave this job, I'm going to be able to bring a lot to the next organization I work for. |
