flexibility, creativity to create curriculum, ability to appreciate cultural differences, ability to work as part of a team, class management skills, humor,orgainzation of ideas, use of computer skills

What do you enjoy most about your current position?  

the contact with the students ,teaching with people from all over the world, creating the lessons and curriculum myself

Most important/valuable lesson or activity in college that impacted your career ?

This decision is not really linked with college.  I wasn't really certain about what to do after Trinity and tried teaching and enjoyed it very much.

What advice for someone entering this field?
