Most important/valuable lesson or activity in college that impacted your career ?

Being a resident assistant helped me feel more comfortable in leadership positions.  Working in assigned groups helped me learn how to adapt to different personalities and work together with others toward a common goal.

What advice for someone entering this field?

Consulting is a great start to a career, especially if you are on projects in a variety of industries.
