What advice for someone entering this field?
|
Project management requires a variety of different
skills and a broad background. You need to be able to understand what
your technical team is doing, but also to be able to discuss it with
non-technical business leaders. Look for a good general background
and good teamwork skills. Its also worth checking out a certification
program either on general project management or on software
development such as those offered by www.pmi.org or www.prince2.org.uk |
