Spring, 1998
Curtis Brown
This page was constructed primarily for the use of students enrolled
in PHIL 3352, Ethical Theory, in the Spring 1998 term. However, I'll
leave it up in case anyone else is interested, especially students who
might want to take the course at some time in the future. (Keep in
mind, however, that future offerings may be significantly different.)
The following material is available:
There are many other web sites that students enrolled in this course may
find of interest. But there is no need for me to list them here,
because all the ones I know of are accessible from the following indispensable
site:
Ethics Updates
This site, maintained by Lawrence Hinman at the University of San Diego,
is an astonishing collection of material and links to material, including
bibliographies, primary texts, online essays, and more. The site
covers both ethical theory and issues in applied ethics, and really must
be seen and explored to be believed. An extremely useful site.
