Another picture from our morning walk
Our chalet was just beyond the cluster of buildings you see here.

Lauterbrunnen
Our walk took us right through the town.

Mountains, trees, river
What more could you want? --Last photo from our morning walk.

With Matthew, Lauren, and Karen at the Ballenberg Open-Air Museum
Thursday morning, May 25. We had a nice, relaxing time at the museum.

Ballenberg
Another picture from the open-air museum. We got there as they opened, and there were few other people there yet.

Cheese-making at Ballenberg
Lauren really wanted to see cheese being made, so we were glad to find them making it at Ballenberg!

On the cable car to Grütschalp
On Thursday afternoon, we took the cable car to Grütschalp, a short train ride from there to Mürren, then walked back from Mürren to Grütschalp before taking the cable car back down to Lauterbrunnen. Nice afternoon!

View on the Train from Grütschalp to Mürren
our first clear view of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau

With Karen
Proof that we were there!
