Karen, Matthew, and Lauren in the Whitehall Gardens
as we were walking from the hotel to Westminster Abbey, the long way

With Lauren and Matthew in front of the Victoria and Albert Museum

Courtyard at the Victoria & Albert Museum

Vase with a Portrait of John Locke at the V&A
Too weird to pass up a photo

A Stairway at the V&A
I love this building. According to my guidebook: 150 rooms; 12 miles of corridors.

Hyde Park
We walked from the V&A up to Hyde Park before taking the tube back to the hotel

Brighton
Day trip to Brighton. Pride and Prejudice fans may recall that
Brighton is where the soldiers were stationed when they left Meryton.
Graham Greene and/or Queen fans will think instead of Brighton Rock.

The Royal Pavilion in Brighton
Weird building, but made for a very fun tour

Governor's House, Edinburgh
One of the first things we saw in Edinburgh (Hamilton's Obelisk is to the left).
At the time we mistakenly thought that this was the Edinburgh Castle.
