At the national level, conversation about the standards and stages of commitment has been ongoing. Our efforts in the Basic School Strand are designed to align with and maintain the integrity of this conversation, so that it is the Philosophy of The Basic School Project that permeates our work together.
There will be two distinct "stages" of involvement with the Basic School Strand which build upon each other and assure that school communities are developing commitment to the school renewal process of The Basic School. They are the "awareness" stage and the "implementation" stage.
