Scheduling a Visit
You may schedule a visit by calling the Office of Admissions at (800) TRINITY or (210) 999-7207 or completing the visit form on-line. Please make sure to double-check your desired visit dates with the Admissions Office, before booking hotels or airline tickets, since minor changes to the calendar may occur.

While walk-ins are always welcome, we request you schedule a visit at least one week ahead of time so we can best accommodate your needs. Class visits, faculty/coach appointments, and overnight stays require at least two weeks notice. Also, please review the days the office is closed or has limited office hours and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Visit Options: Academic School Year
A number of options are available to our visitors throughout the academic year. Please remember we request at least one week advance notice for campus tours and admissions appointments.

Please allow at least two weeks advance notice for class visits, faculty appointments, and overnight stays.

Campus Tours
Tours of our scenic, hilltop campus last approximately one hour, so wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes! Trinity students are eager to show off our academic resources, library, residence halls, dining halls, and athletic facilities.

Admissions Information Sessions/Individual Appointments
Although not required for admission, an individual appointment with one of our counselors will allow us to get to know you better. These appointments are intended to be an open dialogue in which you may ask questions and learn more about the academic experience and social opportunities Trinity offers. Information sessions are group presentations that will provide an overview of Trinity and the application process. You may request either option, but please note that although we will make every effort to accommodate your request, counselors may not always be available for individual appointments.

Class Visits; Appointments with faculty, coaches, or other university staff; Music Auditions
If seniors have a particular area of academic or co-curricular interest, you are welcome to request a class, a visit with a faculty member, a meeting with a coach, or a music audition during the school year. In order for us to accommodate your needs, you must call us two weeks in advance of your visit.

(In order to provide this opportunity to many students, we do not provide housing for students who have previously had the opportunity to stay overnight.)
