Howdy!  My wife, Cassie, and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Susannah Grace, on February 22, 2008.  7 lbs., 7 oz., 20 inches long.  So far, she seems to have my hands and feet and her mother's chin.  We're hoping that as she grows she'll inherit her mother's study habits and generally sunny disposition.  It's been 18 years and I'm still trying to figure out how I escaped TU with a diploma.  Anyway, cheers - and drop my a line if you feel so disposed!

Scholarship Reception Connects Donors and Students
Our Annual Scholarship Reception has become a very meaningful tradition at Trinity and one that donors look forward to attending each year.  The event is a wonderful opportunity for students and donors to meet face-to-face, and it gives donors the opportunity to hear firsthand how their generosity impacts the life of the student they are sponsoring, while giving students a chance to show their appreciation to their donor.
As an alumnus, you realize the impact a Trinity education can make in the lives and careers of future graduates.  While Trinity already makes a multi-million dollar financial aid commitment to more than 80% of the students, the need for assistance grows each year.  With an unrestricted gift of $2,500, you can sponsor a student and have an opportunity to meet him or her at the Annual Scholarship Reception.

For more information on the Trinity University Scholarship Program, please call Trinity University’s Office of Development at (210) 999-7415 (toll-free at 1-888-TU-DONOR).

You can make your gift on-line today by visiting Trinity's secure website at www.trinity.edu under “Supporting Trinity”.
