2000 - present

Jennifer (Gillespie) Franz, Class of 2004

I'm happy to announce that my husband, Ricky Franz, and I were married on March 20th during a beautiful ceremony in the Parker chapel on Trinity campus. We were surrounded by our closest family & friends, including a few Trinity alums!

1990 - 1999

Courtney (Schmidt) Holcomb, Class of 1999

My husband Peter and I are pleased to announce the birth of our daughter, Camden Elisabeth, on September 30, 2010. We are all adapting to our new sleepless lifestyle, but loving every minute of it.
Jennifer Noyes, Class of 1998

I am thrilled to announce that I got engaged on October 13 to Peter Janes, an electrical engineer, home-grown Texan, and fellow convert to Judaism.   The wedding will be May 22, 2011, at our synagogue in San Antonio.  (I should also mention that I am now in school to become a medical social worker, and am currently president of my congregation, so I’m a busy bee!)  All of which is to say, that I don’t think I have ever been this happy.  The pieces have finally fallen into place for me, the most important one being the sweet, loving, funny man who came into my life two years ago.
Leigh Blount Hart, Class of 1995

I recently graduated from the accelerated second degree program in Nursing from Fairfield University. I am currently working as an R.N. at St. Vincent's Medical Center. I'm passionate about palliative medicine and enjoy the work I am doing on the Oncology unit. I'm still living in Connecticut with my husband and 8 year old twins. Hope to make a trip back to San Antonio soon!

1980 - 1989

Lisa (Stach) Wald, Class of 1984

On September 15, 2010 Lisa (Stach) Wald was awarded a U.S. Department of the Interior Superior Service Award for her contributions to and management of the USGS Earthquake Hazards Program website for the last decade.

She works in the National Earthquake Center Information office in Golden, Colorado.
Malcolm McCorquodale III, Class of 1983

Malcolm passed his judging final and is now an accredited Bromeliad Show judge.

1970 - 1979

Mary V Gleason, Class of 1970, MS 1976

Mary Gleason and her daughter will be joining a Rotary International clean water project in mid-January, 2011, to bring clean water filtration systems to villages in Honduras.

Jim Gunderman (Gunny), Class of 1974

Barbara Crane (class of 1973), please let us know where you're at and how you are doing!  Please send me an e-mail message.
Helen Anne Wilson, Class of 1971

After I graduated from Trinity, I was recruited to work for a local prominent interior designer by Elizabeth Ridenhauer, whose class I had taken.  Letters had been sent out to Philosophy graduates that the field was overcrowded and that there were unemployed PhDs.  So I accepted the assistant position and my career took a 180 degree turn toward the arts.  Later, I took a second degree, this time Interior Design, from Parsons School of Design in NYC.  Today, I am a licensed Interior Designer in the state of Texas and do complete interiors, including kitchen & bath design, with computer drafting, space planning and remodeling design.  A recent pro-bono project was the parlor of St. Luke's Church, in the mid-century style of the church.

1960 - 1969

Brian David McGanity, Class of 1966

Happy to report that my wife of 31 years, has been offered a position on the United States Triathlon team to compete in Beijing China next year.  My oldest son, Chris, who is in his second year at Vanderbilt Law School, made Law Review (any Southeast-based attorneys looking for an excellent summer associate?). My youngest son, Matt, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College at University of Alabama and is working in the Fixed Income group for BBVA Compass.  Been a good year.

before 1939

Lilla Bessonette Barnes, Class of 1934

I am not an alumna of Trinity, but I attended Westmoreland Junior College, which later was given by The Methodist Church to become a part of Trinity. For awhile we were listed that way. I was one of the original Spurs organization, the "pep squad" of Westmoreland, now the Spurs Sorority. I hope if any other folks who were pre-Trinity see this, you will contact me. There can't be many of us left!
