Please join your fellow Trinity University Latino Alumni in a casual reception on Saturday, November 7, from 3:30 to 5:00 pm on the 3rd floor of Holt Conference Center. During the reception we will become better acquainted and discuss the current debate around “The DREAM Act”, a piece of proposed federal legislation that would provide undocumented immigrant students who graduate from US high schools the opportunity to earn conditional permanent residency for a 6-year period and eventual eligibility to apply for legal permanent resident status.

MALDEF San Antonio Attorney and TU Latino Alumnus, Luis Figueroa '00 will lead an informational discussion around “The DREAM Act” and Dr. Robert Huesca will provide a TU perspective directly from TU’s Admissions Office.
