Kyle Felix Selected to NECBL All-Star Game on Saturday
Trinity's Kyle Felix, an All-ABCA All-Region selection last spring, has been selected to the NECBL East All-Star Team.  The All-Star Game will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 19.  Felix leads the Lowell All-Americans with a .325 batting average this summer, and is also the team leader in doubles and RBI.

Panozzo in Cape Cod Highlights Tiger Players in Summer Leagues
Six Tiger baseball players are participating in various summer leagues around the nation, highlighted by Mike Panozzo playing for the Brewster Whitecaps in the prestigious Cape Cod  League.  Playing in the NECBL are Eric Binder (Pittsburgh Defenders), Kyle Felix (Lowell All Americans), and Evan Jones (Danbury Westliners).  Noah Solomon is in the Cal Ripken Sr. Collegiate League, while Ben Klimesh is with the NYCBL in Albany.

Evan Bronson Drafted by the Washington Nationals on Wednesday
Trinity's Evan Bronson was drafted by the Washington Nationals with the first pick of the 29th round of the Major League Baseball Draft on Wednesday afternoon.  Bronson was also drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 36th round last summer.  Former Tiger Ryan Cavan, who played at Division I UC-Santa Barbara last season, was picked by the San Francisco Giants in the 16th round as well.
