....After completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands in southern California (B.S. in Sports Management), he came back to San Antonio to pursue a coaching position.  In fall of 2000, he was appointed to Head Swimming & Water Polo Coach at Tom C. Clark High School.  For the three years he was at Clark, he produced 8 All-American swimmers, 6 All-State water polo members; 3 of which were selected to the National Zone Team.  He also was named Girls Coach of the Year in 2002.  While coaching his swimming and water polo teams to victory here in Texas, Ad’m was teaching Business Computer Information Systems.  He has a passion for building and assembling computers as well as all technology.  Ad'm is also pursuing a master's degree in Education/Instructional Technology from the American Intercontinental University & the University of Texas at San Antonio and should be complete by March of 2005.

Along side coaching at Clark High School, Ad'm also coached at the Alamo Area Aquatics Association for three years (the same club team Coach Ryan help start up in the 70's). There, he coached a skills team, the top women's age group team, and assisted Coach Kurt Swanson with the Junior Elite Team (pre-sectional group).

Beginning his second year at Trinity, Ad’m will have a great deal of responsibility for a myriad of tasks.  His duties include on-deck coaching, recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, weight-training, travel arrangements, the aquatics websites, and academic mentoring. His thoughtful expertise on the deck will be beneficial to the Tiger team on a day-to-day basis.  He will also be very involved with every facet of recruiting and scouting prospective swimmers for the future Trinity teams, as well as helping supervise the program operations for Trinity’s indoor and outdoor pools.
