Late Charge Sends Trinity Past Sewanee on Sunday
Trinity's women's soccer team scored three goals in the final 21 minutes of play to escape with a 3-2 win over Sewanee in SCAC play on Sunday afternoon.  Three different players scored to give Trinity the comeback victory, with Jordan Azar scoring the game-winner with 3:04 remaining.

Tigers Record Fifth Straight Shutout in Friday's Win Over Oglethorpe
Trinity's women's soccer team recorded its fifth consecutive shutout with a 6-0 win over Oglethorpe University on Friday night.  Jordan Azar and Chelsea Wilson scored two goals each in the victory.

Trinity's women's soccer team won a 9-0 decision over the University of Dallas on Sunday afternoon, recording the team's fourth consecutive shutout.  Eight different Tiger players scored in the game.

Trinity junior midfielder Brianna Young scored the game-winning goal in double overtime against Austin College on Friday night.  Young found the back of the net with just 3:02 remaining in the period, avoiding a costly tie in the SCAC standings.

The Tiger women's soccer team suffered a 1-0 defeat at Rhodes College in the SCAC opener for both teams on Friday afternoon.  Trinity gave up a goal in the 73rd minute, and could not manage a score despite seven shots on goal.

Trinity Opens 2008 Season With Weekend Home Games
The Tiger women's soccer team staged a second-half rally to open up the season with a 4-2 victory over the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on Friday night.  Trinity scored four goals in the second half to erase a 2-0 halftime deficit.  In earlier action, Hardin-Simmons and UW-Eau Claire tied 1-1.  Click above for box scores.
