Tigers Fall to Gustavus to Wrap Tournament

San Antonio - Trinity's women's tennis team lost for the fourth straight time on Tuesday afternoon, falling 7-2 at home against Gustavus Adolphus College.

Trinity (8-12) won one singles and one doubles match against the Gusties, who improved to 13-4 this season.

Alicia Hunt earned a three-set singles victory to take one of the team's points, preceded by a No. 2 doubles win by Cayleigh Simpson and Renae Wright.  Wright and Simpson won despite playing for just the second time this season as a doubles team.

Hunt evened her season record to 9-9 with the win - including an 8-4 record at No. 2 singles.

Trinity will return to action on Friday at Incarnate Word, followed by a home match against Tyler Junior College on Saturday afternoon.
