San Antonio -
Trinity's women's tennis team lost for the fourth straight time on
Tuesday afternoon, falling 7-2 at home against Gustavus Adolphus
College.
Trinity (8-12) won one
singles and one doubles match against the Gusties, who improved to
13-4 this season.
Alicia Hunt earned a
three-set singles victory to take one of the team's points, preceded
by a No. 2 doubles win by Cayleigh Simpson and Renae Wright.
Wright and Simpson won despite playing for just the second time this
season as a doubles team.
Hunt evened her season
record to 9-9 with the win - including an 8-4 record at No. 2
singles.
Trinity will return to
action on Friday at Incarnate Word, followed by a home match against
Tyler Junior College on Saturday afternoon.
