Conway, Arkansas - The Tiger
baseball team finished off a three-game SCAC weekend sweep with a
no-hitter in a 10-0 win over Hendrix College on Sunday afternoon.
Chuck Huggins (5-1) struck out a

his last appearance against the Warriors, Huggins just missed a no-hit
bid in his one-hit shutout in San Antonio, striking out 10 - his
previous career best mark.
Trinity (26-9, 13-4) opened the game with a
seven-run first inning, sending 12 players to the plate in the inning.
The team scored three more by the seventh to set up a run-rule victory
over the Warriors.

in the Tiger batting order) both finished 2-2 in the game. Cavan
had one run and two RBI, while Baugus scored two runs and drove in
another.
Zach Fregosi also collected two hits for
Trinity, scoring one run, and Blake Holman was 1-2 with one run, one
RBI, and one walk in the game.
Trinity will travel to Georgetown, Texas,
to face Southwestern next weekend in a three-game SCAC series that will
conclude regular season conference play for the Tigers. The team
concludes its home schedule on April 18 and 19 in games against Texas
Lutheran and Hardin-Simmons.
