Duties

Responsibilities:

•Interviewing prospective loan applicants from leads provided by Countrywide

•Analyze and determine the needs of prospective borrowers

•Effectively communicate products and pricing programs with potential borrowers

•Performing follow-up activities with prospective borrowers 

•Assisting Loan Specialist in gathering file documentation

•Ensure applications consistently meet fundamental underwriting standards

•Maintain familiarity with Full Spectrum Lending and competitor information to better education borrowers on products and pricing

•Clear understanding and practical application of all fair lending and disclosure regulations and Full Spectrum Lending policy and procedure in regards to such regulations
