In this position you will be responsible for:
- Consulting and counseling current and
prospective customers via inbound telephone calls.
- Gathering customer information, evaluating risk,
matching coverage needs of customer to available products and/or
services, and utilizing accurate data entry skills.
- Declining coverage to potential customers not
qualified or not meeting the expressed underwriting guidelines;
completing documentation and distributing to appropriate departments;
processing endorsements to make policy changes.
- Informing customers about the benefits of
various company products.
- Educating customers regarding coverage, billing
process and future discount qualifications.
- Ability to obtain a Texas General Lines Property
and Casualty License.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Assuming other responsibilities as directed.
