Job Description:

In this entry-level position, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to conduct thorough investigations, make decisions about liability, evaluate losses, negotiate settlements and manage an inventory of commercial casualty claims by participating in a comprehensive training program, one-on-one mentoring ,and on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree, all majors - Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher required.  Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to provide information in a clear concise manner with an appropriate level of detail, empathy and professionalism; an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of internal and external partners; effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions; Good negotiation skills.
