Dr. David Heller
M.M., D.M.A. Eastman School of Music, University of Rochester B.M. Lawrence University

Dr. Heller is the Chapel Music Director and University Organist in addition to teaching courses in Music Theory and Musical Forms. An active recitalist, Dr. Heller has performed extensively throughout the United States and has performed internationally in Canada, France, Guatemala, and Mexico. He is a frequent lecturer and clinician in the areas of church music skills and hymn playing. He also has a number of publications to his credit and has recently recorded a compact disc featuring works by Grigny, Bach, Widor, Kramer, Alain, and Litaize on the Calcante label.

Mrs. Jennifer Ashmore works as the secretary to the Chaplain's Office, coordinating wedding usage, among other things. She enjoys working with all members of the Trinity community.

Rev. Stephen Nickle
Stephen Nickle is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA). He came to Trinity as the University Chaplain in 2000 with over a decade of service in ministry in higher education. His interests include vocational discernment and stewardship, the study of spirituality and prayer, ministries of social justice and service, and spiritual direction and development.

He is available to serve as a resource for all members of the Trinity community, regardless of religious affiliation.

Rabbi B. Allison Bergman Vann, the first ordained female rabbi in San Antonio, joined the staff of Temple Beth-El in July of 1999, after ordination from the Cincinnati campus of Hebrew Union College Jewish Institute of Religion.

Fr. John Keefer
Fr. John Keefer, O.P. brings a wealth of pastoral experience to Trinity, having served in parishes,
prisons, hospitals, and college campuses, as well as teaching at the high school and college levels. In addition to serving as Trinity’s campus priest
for three years, Fr. John lives and works at St. Ann’s parish, helping to train novices at the nearby Dominican Novitiate.
