Facilities and Food Service

Spacious Facilities

Laurie Auditorium is the largest on-campus facility.  It seats 2,600 and is equipped with state of the art lighting and sound systems.  Two galleries adjacent to the auditorium, totaling 15,148 square feet, are available for receptions or exhibits.  The William H. Bell Athletic Center offers 31,383 square feet of exhibit space including reception rooms and classrooms.  Other sites include the Ruth Taylor Concert Hall, seating 320, or any of four additional theaters and auditoriums, 60 classrooms, computer labs, and the Margarite B. Parker Chapel.  The William Knox Holt Conference Center is available for smaller groups.


Extensive Recreational Facilities

 

Trinity's 117-acre campus includes over one and a half miles of outdoor jogging trails and track, sand volleyball courts, outdoor basketball courts, softball and baseball fields, soccer field, and an Olympic-size outdoor swimming pool.

 

 


Superb Food Service

Trinity University offers a variety of dining venues.  Mabee Hall, the main dining facility, seats 800.  The Coates Center Commons offers snacks and light meals throughout the day.  More formal dinners are often held in the Skyline Dining Room with its panoramic views of the city.  Various outdoor sites offer additional possibilities.  Catering options include receptions and coffee breaks, formal banquets, fiestas, barbecues, and theme parties.  Custom menus, including vegetarian selections, are also available.


Comprehensive Support Services

A variety of support services contribute to the ease and convenience of your conference.  They include marketing and registration support, security, print shop, bookstore, extensive audio/visual equipment and technicians, sophisticated teleconferencing center and two satellite dishes capable of receiving both C and Ku band signals.  Staff members are available at all times to render assistance with last minute requests.
