Coordinator of Disability
Services for Students
Gavin Steiger, M.Ed.
 Gavin Steiger joined the Counseling Services staff
in 2007. He meets with students with various disability-related concerns. Mr.
Steiger reviews documentation of DSS applicants, and upon determining
eligibility, coordinates the appropriate accommodations. Additionally, he
meets with prospective students and their guardians to answer questions about
DSS as well as about Trinity in general. He is dedicated to ensuring that
people with disabilities have equal access to Trinity University’s
courses, programs, services, and events while promoting disability awareness
to the University community.
Mr. Steiger has earned a Master
of Education degree in student affairs from the University
of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science
degree in psychology from the University
of South Carolina.
