A Cohort Approach to Learning

Candidates are admitted and proceed through a pre-determined sequence of courses as a cohort of 15 students. Peer-learning is an essential feature of the program. Students not only learn together and from one another; they develop a sense of community and support among their cohort of peers that enriches professional life after graduation.

Due to the design of the program, it is only possible for new students to begin the program in the fall and continue on a part-time basis for five consecutive semester (two academic years and two summer sessions).
