Purple text indicates required sciences. Green text indicates required "core" engineering courses. Red text is used to emphasize the required engineering design sequence. Blue text identifies required mathematics courses.

Not all requirements are shown-- this table is designed to display the time sequences of required subjects and some possible scheduling for electives. Three requirements you must keep in mind: Ethics (PHIL 1354 or RELI 1320), Microeconomics (usually) ECON 1311, and proficiency in a modern programming language.

Electives are just that-- you make choices. There is one required elective-- Math/Science, where the elective lies in the choice of a course. The Engineeering Science Department does not require a particular number of engineering electives, but rather the student and the advisor determine the number and kind most appropriate for the student's goals.
