TUITION REMISSION:
Any full-time employee at Trinity University may enroll as a scholarship student in one undergraduate or graduate course each semester (provided applicable admissions standards are met). Fees associated with courses are to be paid by the employee.
Contract staff and faculty may obtain tuition remission forms from the Human Resources website and must process such requests through the Human Resources and Financial Aid Offices.

For additional information on tuition remission, refer to the Faculty and Contract Staff Handbook or the Personnel Policy Manual for Classified Employees.
TUITION EXCHANGE:
Trinity University is one of more than 580 colleges and universities participating in the Tuition Exchange Program. This program provides tuition scholarships for dependent children of Trinity employees, who should refer to the Human Resources Educational Benefits website for information concerning eligibility.
Eligible employees may review the websites for Tuition Exchange, Inc. (TEI) and Associated Colleges of the South (ACS) to determine which institutions participate in each program.
Trinity also participates in a special Tuition Exchange agreement with Rice University.
Requests for Tuition Exchange in the upcoming year must be received by the Office of Financial Aid by February 1. This deadline applies to Trinity dependents as well as applicants from Tuition Exchange member institutions. Please note, however, that many colleges have varying deadlines that can be viewed on either the TEI or ACS websites.
