The Master of Science in Health
Care Administration for the Executive Program consists of 14
courses totaling 42 credit hours. Graduate study is usually
completed in two years. The Executive Program is designed for
individuals who currently hold responsible positions in a health
care setting and desire a part-time, distance-learning graduate
study option. Trinity University's small class sizes assure
students of frequent contact with faculty members.
Additionally,
faculty members become well acquainted with each student's goals
for graduate study.
The distance learning format allows busy professionals the
flexibility to manage their work schedules and study time
without the constraints of attending a physical classroom on a
preset basis. Executive Program students need to be motivated,
self-directed and goal-oriented. Because of the compact
structure of the program, students are admitted once a year in
the fall and, typically, stay on the same tract together. Indeed,
students in the Executive Program learn to rely on their
classmates, who may be living all over the United States.
Courses begin each fall, spring and summer semester with three
to four days of intensive on-campus study. Click

are required to participate in regular class teleconferencing
sessions (typically, one teleconference every three weeks).
Learning and interaction are facilitated by using the Internet, e-mail, teleconferencing, and fax. Each course will include
approximately five teleconferencing sessions of two hours each.
