Students complete 16-months (four
semesters) of on-campus coursework and have opportunities to
interact with health care executives from the local community.
On-campus study is followed by a 12-month Administrative
Residency where the student works and studies at a health care
organization under the direct supervision of a senior-level
administrator. A faculty advisor is assigned to each student and
makes on-site visits during the residency. The Administrative
Residency provides students with the practical learning
experience to apply the theoretical knowledge attained in the
classroom. The On-campus Program usually takes 28 months to
complete.
