Description:
Our
client, a 350 bed hospital in the
Midwest, seeks a
CEO for its provider-owned medical
group. The system is a physician driven organization (50% physician
directors on its board) with $300 million in annual net revenue. The
financial condition of the organization is strong and the medical
group, with 100 employed physicians, contributes roughly $40 million
in annual net revenue.
This position
will report directly to the system
CEO and will be responsible for the
strategic leadership of the medical group. Strong candidates will
have a proven track record of successful management of
multi-specialty physician group operations, including significant
experience with P&L responsibility, possess financial acumen,
experience in driving quality initiatives and have had involvement
in developing progressive IT strategies.
An M.D. or D.O. is required. A master’s degree in business
administration, healthcare administration or a related field is an
advantage.
