Program for funding undergraduate and graduate students' study abroad.

Rotary International Scholarship Program for 2002-2003 (Study Abroad Scholarship)

Eligibility: at least 2 years of university or college work or must have a
secondary school education and have been employed in a recognized
vocation for at least 2 years when the scholarship begins (9/2002).
