ITS Helpdesk
The Helpdesk is the first point of contact
for all your ITS needs. The Helpdesk handles phone,
e-mail, and in person requests from students, faculty,
and staff. ITS staff members in the Helpdesk can assist
with new accounts, password changes, e-mail questions,
disk recoveries, and file conversions. They also provide
help with commonly used operating systems and applications.
The Helpdesk is staffed from Monday to Friday from 8:00
am to 9:00 pm.

ITS Administrative Office
Information Technology Services' Administrative
Office is located in the Ewing Halsell Administrative
Studies building. The Director's Office is located in
suite 332. Other specific office numbers are available
on our staff directory. All
offices are open 8:00am - 5:00pm weekdays. For billing
or other administrative concerns, contact the ITS Administrative
office.
