Employment Opportunities OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES JOB LISTINGS The procedures for applying for a specific vacancy may vary according to the job title. An application form must be completed or a resume submitted for classified positions. All minimum job requirements must be met in order to be referred for a specific position. All applications or resumes must be postmarked or received by Human Resources on or before the closing date for the particular search, if applicable. A new application or resume must be submitted for each position of interest. Applications and resumes are accepted only for current vacancies. To apply: Complete an Application for Employment or submit a resume to the Office of Human Resources, Northrup Hall, Room 108, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. You may also submit a resume via e-mail to humanresources@trinity.edu or by fax to (210) 999-7542. The Human Resources Office is best accessed by physically challenged applicants from the Stadium Drive entrance to Northrup Hall. Hearing impaired applicants that have access to a Communications Device for the Deaf (CDD) may contact the Office of Human Resources through Texas Relay at 1-800-735-2988. If you are interested in any positions, please read the qualifications to determine if you meet the minimum position requirements. The formal job application may be completed in the Human Resources Office, Room 108, Northrup Hall. It is your responsibility as an applicant to determine your eligibility for employment with Trinity University. The following information is to assist you in determining your eligibility for employment:
An offer of employment is contingent upon completion of the Immigration and Naturalization Service Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) and providing documents to verify your identity and employment eligibility as required by law. When completing the Form I-9, you will be required to attest that you are a citizen or national of the U.S., a lawful Permanent Resident or an alien authorized to work. All new employees will be required to produce documentation to show proof of identity and work authorization in the United States. If you are presently employed at Trinity University and interested in a promotion or transfer into any one of the positions listed below, please complete a Request for Promotion/Transfer form or submit a resume and cover letter to the Office of Human Resources. Position vacancies are posted outside of the Office of Human Resources. Regular work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
