Residence Hall Custodial Services Questionnaire

In an effort to continuously serve the Trinity community with efficiency, reliability and professionalism, we continuously challenge ourselves by asking specifically what, where, when and how we can improve our services. While we strive to keep up with our current goals, we also seek new remedies to refine our progress. We gauge ourselves by our personal challenges and more importantly by our feedback from our customers.

Constructive criticism is welcomed and encouraged so that we may strengthen our professional relationship with students, offices and other departments.

When making suggestions, comments or concerns, please keep the items below in mind so that your comments will be beneficial to our continued goal to serve.

  • Provide feedback which will enhance overall job performance. 
  • Keep suggestions and comments constructive and positive.
  •  Keep in mind that much of how and why a task is performed in a certain way is probably a result of having performed that task before.
