On January 20, 2003, Trinity University will celebrate the national Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Trinity Multicultural Network and the Black Student Union in conjunction with the Office of Student Activities invite you to make it a day on and not a day off by joining us in participating in the annual MLK march held in San Antonio. This march is one of the largest in the nation, with an estimated 40,000 participants in the 2002 march. TMN is chartering a bus to transport all participants to and from the march. Space is limited!!

When: January 20, 2002

Where: Bus pick up will be in front of the Bell Center

Time: 8:15 am in front of the Bell Center: Bus will depart at 8:30 am

The march will begin at MLK park at 9:00 am, and end at the MLK plaza, where there will be an official ceremony with a keynote speaker. We will stay for the ceremony and leave for the bus at 1:30 pm.
