To view video:

Click on the link in the video column. You must have a high-speed internet connection to properly view video streams. Windows Media Player or Quicktime must be installed on your computer to view the video.

To listen to mp3 audio:

Click on the MP3 link in the Audio column. To download the mp3 file to your computer/audio device, Right-click this link (or Control-click in MacOS) and select "Save file as " or "Download link to disk ."

To subscribe to a Podcast:

To subscribe to a podcast listed in the directory, click on Podcast to view a brief description and subscription instructions.

To Subscribe: Simply highlight the URL in the box. Right-click this link (or Control-click in MacOS) and select "Copy" or "Copy Shortcut." You may then paste the link into your podcasting software. In ITunes you can find this option under the "Advanced" menu as "Subscribe to podcast."
