The Trinity University transcript contains a student's official permanent academic record, certified by the Registrar. Because it contains confidential information, the transcript can only be released upon written request from the student or through TigerPAWS, our password protected online system.
Transcripts will normally be mailed within 3-4 business days from our receipt of the request. However, in special cases (i.e., archived records, requests for additional information, etc.) additional processing time may be necessary. During peak times, such as registration and grading, processing may take longer. PLEASE NOTE: Transcripts will not be released for students with outstanding balances due Trinity University or who are in default on student loans. We will notify you as soon as the Office of Student Accounts informs us that there is a hold on your account, but we cannot be responsible for any delay in processing your transcript request if there is a hold on your record due to outstanding financial obligations.
Official transcripts are provided to Trinity students as a complimentary service. There is no fee for normal processing. The maximum is 5 transcripts per order. If you request more than 5 transcripts within 30 days, there will be a $2.00 charge per transcript.
