Trinity University works to make your move-in experience as smooth as possible. New students will check-in to the residence halls on Friday, August 22. Move-in is scheduled on a hall-by-hall basis (see attached links). We ask that you respect these time periods.

There will be volunteers available to assist in moving items to the rooms. Helpers will move boxes, suitcases, TVs, computers, and other large items. Please clearly label these items with name, hall, and room number. There will be a designated unloading area for each hall. Drivers will need to remain with the vehicle and after unloading will be directed to the appropriate parking lot. New students will go directly to their residence hall floor and pick up the room key from the Resident Mentor. (If the student is alone, allow the helpers to unload items, then park, pick up the key, and open the door for them to load in.) Tip: Have your hall name and room number handy, it will speed things up!

Once items are placed in the room the student will walk over to the Bell Center and continue the check-in process. At the Bell Center yearbook photos will be taken, Tiger Cards will be produced (needed for meal plan) and parking tags will be distributed.

All new Winn, Calvert, and Miller students should enter campus by exiting onto Hildebrand from 281 North or South and proceeding west to Shook Avenue. Turn left, proceeding south on Shook and then left again (west) onto Mulberry, and left onto Kings Court. Follow the directions specified by hall. Entering the campus on Stadium Drive may put you in the incorrect line and result in delays.

All new Herndon, McLean, Beze, and Witt students should enter campus by exiting onto Hildebrand from 281 North or South and head southbound on the Stadium Drive access road. Turn right into the campus at the Jesse Jones Recreation area. Take another immediate right turn and follow the directions specified by hall.
