Getting into it!

Students enjoy the annual Chocolate Festival held on the Coates Esplanade on February 13. Most of the chocolate is consumed within the first twenty minutes of the program. That which isn’t eaten is worn, as shown, at the chocolate pie (pudding) throwing booth.

Special events your student should consider

February 20 through 28

Theatre: Icarus'  Mother and Action. Trinity students put in a great deal of work in their activities outside the classroom. For those looking for inexpensive, quality weekend entertainment, this combination of plays should offer an excellent option.

 

February 23

Trinity Recreational Sports and Fitness Day at the Bell Athletic Center. Activities include iron man competition, pool golf, hot shot competition, yoga demonstrations, cholesterol screenings, and healthy samples from Aramark.

Summer/Part-time Job Fair
Friday, February 20 from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. in the Bell Center.  Just before the last regular season home game, recruiters will be on campus specifically to talk with students about summer and part-time jobs. This is a great way to get experience to help with students’ future careers.

 

Practice Graduate School Exams

Wine, Dine, & Act Fine
“Etiquette for your personal and professional life.” Seniors are invited to enjoy a six-course meal with hosts Vice President Marc Raney and Mrs. Gail Raney at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 3rd, in the Coates University Center Skyline Room.  The cost is $12.50.  RSVP by Feb. 25 through Career Services, x8321.  Sponsored by Alumni Relations, Career Services, and the Ambassadors.

 

Connecting Community and Volunteer Service to the Real World
Monday, March 2 at 7:00 p.m. in Lightner Tea Room.  Students will learn how to make volunteer service relevant to the job search. Also, find out about more ways to get connected!
