Subject: ROOM DEPOSIT REMINDER FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2009-2010
Trinity students who plan to live on campus at any time during the 2009-2010
academic year are required to pay a $300 non-refundable room deposit.
Deposits are due by March 25, 2009. A deposit must be paid before a student may
participate in the room reservation process. Students who haven’t paid the
deposit and who have not fulfilled the residency requirement will not be
permitted to register for fall 2009 classes in April 2009.
If you will be Studying Abroad and have not been accepted into the program you
chose, then continue with the Room Reservation process. When you have been
accepted into the program, the room deposit will be applied toward the next
semester you reside on campus or refunded when you are granted permission to
live OFF campus by Residence Life.
If you have been approved by Residence Life to live OFF campus in 2009-2010 or
if the deposit has already been paid, please disregard this notice. If you
receive notice that your request for living OFF campus is denied, then you must
pay the room deposit promptly.
We are happy to offer E-Deposit for our students wishing to make online Room
Deposits (for fall 2009).

From the Main Menu Toolbar at the top of the Welcome screen, choose Deposits.
Proceed to select Room Deposit and the method of payment. You may pay deposits
online with an E-Check (free) or with a credit card (American Express, Discover,
or MasterCard, subject to a 2.75% convenience fee, $3.00 minimum).
Room Deposits are due March 25, 2009 and are $300.

You may pay by cash or check at the Cashier’s Window in Northrup. Checks should
be made payable to Trinity University. Please include your Trinity ID number on
the check and ‘FALL 09 Room Deposit’. If you wish to mail your check, mail to:
