Notice to all Off Campus Tiger Bucks users

 

Trinity University’s Off Campus Merchant Program partner has recently informed the Tiger Card Office that effective October 26, 2009 the current OCS/Trinity interface [provided by their contractor, Biometric Access], will cease all transaction processing business operations.  Without this interface in place, Off Campus Solutions will then no longer be able to process Trinity University Tiger Bucks transactions for any of our off campus Merchant locations.

Fortunately a solution to this problem is being finalized.

 

Trinity University is in the process of contracting with The CBORD Group, Inc to assume management of our highly successful Off Campus Merchant program. 

Since the Fall of 2000, The CBORD Group has provided the application systems [and campus point-of-sale devices] to process all of the university’s campus Tiger Bucks transactions.  They now have the ability to offer the same quality service and support to our Off Campus merchants.

 

 

It is the intention of the Tiger Card Office and the CBORD group to complete the migration of our off campus Merchants to the CBORD operating platform as quickly as possible.  We sincerely regret any inconvenience that this transition may cause.

 

We will post information on the Tiger Card Office website as Merchants complete the migration process to the new CBORD platform.
