Subject: T-mail: Move your items over with these helpful hints

After November 4^th, T-mail will become the exclusive e-mail service for Trinity students.

Now that you’ve visited tmail.trinity.edu to log in, here are some helpful hints to move your items into T-mail.

·         E-mail messages: Once your T-mail account is set up, messages will be delivered to both your Microsoft Outlook and T-mail boxes until November 4th.  To move previous e-mail messages from Microsoft Outlook, follow these step by step instructions before November 4th.

·         Contacts: To import your contacts visit Creating Contacts.

·         Folders: To create folders or labels visit Using Labels.

·         Deleted, Items, Sent Items, Drafts: you will need to manually transfer these items over by November 4th.
