Subject: Children's show at Laurie Auditorium

To all Students, Faculty & Staff,

Trinity University is scheduled to host a children’s show at the Laurie Auditorium beginning at 10:30am on Friday February 13, 2009. Beginning on 02/12/09, Lot “B” and the east end of Lot “H” will be closed at 11:00pm for the show in order to accommodate school buses arriving with school children on the morning of the performance.  The lots will remain closed until all school buses have departed the campus. 

Due to high children pedestrian traffic in the area on the day of the performance, members of the campus community entering the auditorium parking levels on Friday should expect delays between 8:30am and 1:00pm.  Officers will be assigned to direct the school buses and the children pedestrian traffic on Laurie Drive and will be available to assist those attempting to enter the auditorium’s parking levels.  Do not hesitate to contact the DCS dispatcher at extension 7070 with any parking concerns.
