I have enjoyed seeing several of you at our first of the month lunches, and then at the Christmas Concert, Vespers and the Oakmont Open Houses.  Just to touch base with all of you before the Holiday break, I thought I would cover a few things that you can do in between finals and then at the beginning of next semester, both in San Antonio and at home. Of course you know that there are lights and carolers all over the River Walk. We went up in the Tower with some friends the other night and it was interesting to check them out from that perspective. We also drove through Incarnate Word across the highway, where they have plenty of lights as well. If you want to go over to Windcrest on the northeast side, you will really see some elaborate lighting displays. I know that many of you are staying in San Antonio for the holidays, so be sure and check with the Alumni office for folks that want to host you for dinners etc. We will be hosting the basketball teams for example. If you are going home for the holidays, remember to check the Alumni calendar for your Making Connections events that are for prospective students , current students and Alumni. We will be at the Colorado event and we will stay up there for ski season. Trinity oriented sporting events to remember when you get back include Trinity Night at the Rampage (January 30) and two Spurs games (February 24 – Dallas, March 22 – Houston).
