Subject: Resending CMT Message With Good Links -- Emergency Alert Test

The Crisis Management Team will coordinate a test of the TrinAlert and VoIP emergency notification systems on Thursday, January 22. Members of the campus community who have successfully registered for TrinAlert will be sent text messages in the case of a major campus emergency or routine test. The VoIP system is the text and audio message system that is connected to University telephones.

The Crisis Management Team coordinates planning for campus emergencies, testing and drills, and will coordinate a campus-wide response during real emergencies.

In the event of a campus emergency, notification regarding immediate action will generally be sent out through the TrinAlert system and/or the VoIP system in order to reach the greatest number of people as quickly as possible. As circumstances permit, information will be placed on the main Trinity University Web page and the campus-wide e-mail system may also be utilized.
