Subject: San Antonio Symphony Children's Concert

To all Students, Faculty & Staff,

Trinity University is scheduled to host the San Antonio Symphony Children’s Concert January 27^th, 28th and 29^th at Laurie Auditorium.  The symphony will have two performances on each date beginning at 9:45am & 11:10am.  Lot “B” and the east end of Lot “H” will be closed at 11:00pm tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday night in order to accommodate school buses arriving with the school children on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning.  The lots will remain closed on each day until all school buses have departed the campus. 

Due to high children pedestrian traffic in the area during the above mentioned time periods, members of the campus community entering the auditorium parking levels tomorrow should expect delays between 8:45am and 2:00pm.  Officers will be assigned to direct the school buses and the children pedestrian traffic on Laurie Drive and will be available to assist those attempting to enter the auditorium’s parking levels.  Do not hesitate to contact the DCS dispatcher at extension 7070 with any parking concerns.
