Subject: Stella Luna Children's Show at Laurie Auditorium

To all Students, Faculty & Staff,

Trinity University is scheduled to host the Stella Luna Children’s Show tomorrow January 14^th at Laurie Auditorium beginning at 10:30am.  Lot “B” and the east end of Lot “H” will be closed at 11:00pm tonight in order to accommodate school buses arriving with the school children on Wednesday morning.  The lots will remain closed until all school buses have departed the campus on Wednesday afternoon. 

Due to high children pedestrian traffic in the area during this period of time, members of the campus community entering the auditorium parking levels tomorrow morning should expect delays between 10:45am and 3:00pm.  Officers will be assigned to direct the school buses and the children pedestrian traffic on Laurie Drive and will be available to assist those attempting to enter the auditorium’s parking levels.  Do not hesitate to contact the DCS dispatcher at extension 7070 with any parking concerns.
